SHIPPING POLICY
There must be an adult 21 years of age or older present to sign for all Vino Disco Wine Club alcohol shipments. A valid government-issued ID may be required upon delivery.
We cannot arrange or guarantee specific delivery windows, dates or time frames.
Three delivery attempts will be made by our shipping partners. After the first attempt, recipients are responsible to coordinate and schedule redelivery or pickup directly with the shipping company.
Vino Disco Wine Club is not responsible for coordinating delivery to recipient. Purchaser will receive an email notification with carrier and tracking information for tracking.
Vino Disco Wine Club is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to redirect or re-ship packages. Customer will be billed in the case of redirected or reshipped items.
If an incorrect or invalid shipping address is entered at the time of purchase, Vino Disco Wine Club is not responsible for fees incurred to correct address.
The carrier and service speed may vary by time of year.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a current, shippable, physical delivery address. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, military APOs/FPOs/DPOs/MPOs or out of country addresses.
In the event a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or after three delivery attempts by the carrier, we are not responsible to refund the item or shipping charges.
After 3 attempts have been made by the shipping company, packages will be returned to Vino Disco Wine Club. Vino Disco Wine Club is not responsible for shipping charges incurred to redirect or re-ship packages. Customer will be billed in the case of redirected or reshipped items.
Returned packages are eligible for re-shipment within 30 days of return. After 30 days, if no contact from purchaser has been made, items will be restocked and no refund will be issued.
Please note that wine is susceptible to extreme temperatures when placing your order. We do not ship with ice packs. If you would like to request overnight or 2 day shipping, please reach out to hello@vinodiscowineclub.com.
We kindly request that customers be aware of the weather conditions in their delivery location when placing an order. It is the customer's responsibility to take weather-related factors into account and select appropriate shipping for their order if necessary.
In cases where extreme weather conditions are anticipated in your region, we reserve the right to proactively delay the shipping of your order to prevent any potential damage. Our customer service team will reach out to you to discuss the revised delivery timeline.
Vino Disco Wine Club only ships within specific states within the United States.
