• 50% Gruner Veltiner, 50% Vermentino
• Organic
MarBeso Winery is a small-production, coastal-focused winery founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Colin and Hannah McNany. Based in Buellton, Santa Barbara County, MarBeso takes its name from “kiss of the sea,” reflecting Colin’s lifelong connection to the ocean and his focus on cool-climate vineyards. Winemaker Colin McNany brings nearly two decades of experience, with vintages and winemaking work spanning California, New Zealand, and Australia. His background in sustainable agriculture and viticulture informs MarBeso’s hands-off approach, allowing vineyard character to take center stage. The winery sources carefully selected, organically farmed fruit from Santa Barbara County and the Santa Cruz Mountains, producing clean, acid-driven wines with minimal intervention. Native fermentation, neutral French oak, and unfined, unfiltered bottling help preserve freshness and a transparent sense of place. The result is a distinctive expression of California’s coastal vineyards.

2025 Weignut Muller Grossman Gruner Veltiner Liter
• Kremstal, Austria
• 100% Gruner Veltiner
• Organic
Weingut Müller-Grossmann is a family-run estate in Furth-Palt, in Austria’s southern Kremstal, where Marlies Hanke carries forward a winemaking tradition shaped by generations. Marlies follows a minimal-intervention philosophy in both vineyard and cellar, allowing each site to express its individual character. The winery’s historic underground cellar, where wine has been made for more than 90 years, relies on natural cooling and indigenous yeasts. Alongside classic Kremstal whites, the estate produces single-vineyard wines, natural and orange wines, and traditional-method sparkling wines, balancing heritage, sustainability, and contemporary winemaking.
